Welcome to ZzzSweet! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
ZzzSweet is a scheduled screen lock application designed to help users develop healthy sleep habits. We provide the following services:
- Scheduled device screen locking
- Daily random unlock password generation
- Sending unlock passwords to your designated trusted email
- Cloud synchronization of settings
- Sleep diary (text and photo records)
- Short-video scroll prevention (paid premium feature, see Section 5)
2. Account Registration
Using our services requires account registration. When registering, you need to:
- Provide a valid email address
- Set a secure password
- Provide a trusted email (the email that will receive unlock passwords)
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of your account information
- Protecting your account security and not sharing login credentials with others
- All activities that occur under your account
3. Usage Rules
When using our services, you agree to:
- Not use the service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to hack, bypass, or interfere with the normal operation of the service
- Not reverse engineer or decompile the service
- Not use the service to harass or harm others
- Not abuse service resources (such as frequently requesting password resends)
4. Trusted Email
Regarding the trusted email, you understand and agree that:
- The trusted email must be a real and valid email address
- You should obtain consent from the trusted email owner
- Daily unlock passwords will be automatically sent to the trusted email
- Changing the trusted email requires verification
5. Paid Services and Virtual Goods
ZzzSweet's core features — scheduled screen lock, sleep diary, and trusted email — are free. "Short-video scroll prevention" is a paid premium feature. Regarding payment, you understand and agree that:
- Price and nature: CNY 29.9 as a one-time purchase, constituting a virtual good / online service; it is not a subscription, and there is no automatic charging or auto-renewal of any kind
- Free trial: A 7-day free trial starts when you first enable the feature; if you do not purchase after the trial ends, the feature is automatically disabled while all other features remain unaffected
- Free during beta: During the product's beta period this feature is temporarily free of charge and does not consume your trial period; we will announce via the website or in-app notice before charging officially begins
- Payment methods: WeChat Pay and Alipay, processed through a third-party aggregated payment provider; please only initiate payment through the in-app entry and beware of counterfeit channels
- Redemption codes: Each code is valid for one use and becomes bound to your account after redemption; codes may not be resold, and we reserve the right to void codes of illegitimate origin
- Refund policy: As a virtual good, once unlocked (including activation via redemption code) the purchase is non-refundable — please make full use of the 7-day free trial before deciding to purchase; in case of malfunctions, duplicate charges, or other anomalies, contact our support email at drl330330@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the matter properly
- Minors: Minors should use this service and make payments only with the consent and under the supervision of a guardian
- Entitlement: The unlocked entitlement is bound to your account and remains valid when you sign in on a new device; deleting your account is deemed a voluntary waiver of purchased entitlements
6. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions or delays due to network issues
- Password emails not being delivered due to email provider issues
- Inability to unlock due to user's own reasons (such as forgetting the trusted email)
- Any direct or indirect losses caused by use or inability to use the service
7. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time
- Restrict or terminate service for users who violate these terms
- Cooperate with relevant authorities in case of legal disputes
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
ZzzSweet's software, website, trademarks, logos, and all content are intellectual property of us or relevant rights holders. Without permission, you may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software
- Use our trademarks or logos
- Imply any association with us in any way
9. Agreement Modifications
We may modify these terms from time to time. Modified terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
